Coffee drying is a post-harvest handling process during which the quality of the coffee is generally preserved rather than improved. Washed, natural and honey process coffees must be dried at some stage of the process.
We have the entire coffee process cycle, from reception, storage, drying, threshing, selection (by size and color) in screens and electronic sorting and packaging of exportable green coffee.
We carry out quality control implemented with specialized equipment and qualified and certified personnel. We perform physical and sensory analysis.
